I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even offered free parking with a valet service. They took care of my luggage and car while I explored the city, a huge relief. The location was also great, as it was close to the underground metro. If you're fit, I highly recommend using it as a convenient transportation option. Otherwise, taxis in this city are very cheap.

Room spacious, not 100m2, 2 TVs missing. Slow Wi-Fi. Comfortable work desk. Nice bathroom setup. Scented lobby air. AC took time to cool, then perfect. West view, beautiful sunset over Vitosha mountain. Close to airport, staff arranged cab. 10-min drive from deserted streets. Close to city center, 15 min by car or metro.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location along the Boulevard of Dr Dimitrov was ideal, allowing us to easily access the center of the city in just 10 minutes using the nearby subway station. Plus, being in a nice area of the city added to the overall appeal. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the in-house restaurant, including the teriyaki salmon and blueberry cheesecake. Additionally, the staff, including the helpful Receptionist, met our request for a room with a view of the mountains on an upper floor.
There were no negative aspects to mention about this hotel. It provided excellent service and quality accommodations, making it a highly recommended choice for all travelers.
